This seems a little fishy to me.
Very cute-I checked via search engine and there is a fishing place in Montana named crosscurrents.
I have been in Montana 3 times -once 27 years ago, once 2 years ago and most frequently 2 weeks ago-and do not fish.
Query as to halachik issues as to fishing/hunting for sport-not food and why is fishing different than hunting?
You didn’t need Google, we linked to it multiple times. They’ve been around at least as long as Cross-Currents with the hyphen, though when I caught the fish and my daughter took the photo, it didn’t occur to me that I looked like a member of their team.
Starting a discussion of that nature at this moment would kill the joke. And besides, the fish — served with lemon, garlic, onion and pepper — was extremely good!
Is it still OK to think people are more important than the fish they eat?

oh, finally, the other cross-currents gets into cross-currents! after finding myself there when trying to get to you, i knew it was only a matter of time…
I don’t agree that there is a problem with having a discussion on this subject as long as we keep it on a small scale.
