Delivering Kiddush Hashem

Wouldn’t it be great if we could do a Major Kiddush Hashem of the Week feature? Here’s this week’s entry. Rabbi Ilan Feldman (who is supposed to be writing for Cross-Currents, besides his father) and an Atlanta OB-GYN team up on PBS to make the case for frumkeit being part of the winning formula for an exceptional physician.

Dr. Joe Tate delivered my grandson, and he is a great doctor. He is not in it for the money, but for the mitzvah. My wife is an expert in this field, i.e. an RN who delivers babies and she was fascinated by this video and want to show it far and wide. It is a true Kiddush Hashem.

If you go to Dr. Tate’s shul, please remember to bring your child (whom he delivered) to shul with you on Simchas Torah! If you forget, he might just remind you, so that he can donate some tzedakah for each of “his” kids who show up.
