Spam Karma looks like just the ticket... we'll see how it goes. David, we haven't needed widgets -- WordPress has a lot built in. Mycroft... you too? Glad that better spam stopping made it possible. So far, Spam Karma has eaten 22604 spams comments, and that's in a little over a week. Glad to know Akismet is the only thing you have to use. I found them to be amazingly useful for customizing part of my own blog's layout, and they're stupidly easy to code.
